Please join the event following the login instructions that you will receive via email. Alternatively, once you are on the event website, go to the “Agenda” page and click on the “Broadcast” button under the session title. The broadcast will automatically start 2 minutes before the scheduled session start time.

Note: When you click the “Broadcast” button, you may be prompted to login in order to join the session. Enter the email you used during the registration process on the login page and follow the instructions.

Yes, any individual wishing to attend must register. Please register for a General Registration ticket if you only wish to attend the keynote conversation and the panel discussions. 

Registration provides access to all sessions but you may attend as many or as few sessions as you would like.

Yes, please purchase a single virtual workshop ticket for the specific workshop that you wish to attend. 

No, you will automatically be registered for all free sessions when you purchase an individual workshop ticket or all access pass.

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You will only need access to the internet and your email address you registered with to login.

Chrome browser is best fit for a seamless event experience.

We recommend you disable all pop up blockers and ad blockers as they might interfere with the session broadcasting.

We also recommend you run a Quick Tech Check for your system before the event starts.

To toggle between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g. internal speakers, headphones and AirPlay), click the gear icon ⚙️on the top right of the live-streamed session. You will then be able to select which output and input devices should be used.
